Hi newbie here.
I have been having issues relating to blood sugars after eating.
I have a good diet although I dont eat as much as I used to.
But noticed it started after I had some cereal one day then about 2 hours later I went extremely unwell, shaky, dizzy, nauseous, confusion. I felt like I hadn't eaten in days, I had all the energy zapped out of me and managed to struggle closest place to eat unfortunately was McDonald's but needed food.
I have been having issues for 4 months and have just worked out that my blood levels are going to low normal but causing me all sorts of symptoms.
I am generally experiencing a hypo after every meal. I have tried different foods, I don't eat steak etc as have digestive issues due to no Gallbladder and have to be careful with fatty food etc.
Has anyone been able to find a cure for this? It feels unrelenting and scared of going into a severe hypo when asleep.
I am.hoping it's nothing too serious but it's affecting my day to day life and really getting me down and too scared to leave the house in case i suffer an episode.
I have Rock bottom levels of b12 and folate and iron which are being supplemented but struggling with energy like I can't absorb any energy from my food.
Anyone experienced similar and know what causes it and what helps in healing. Anyone been. Put on medication for reactive hypoglycaemia.
