As a prediabetic i am so confused when self testing my blood sugar to what a GOOD reading range should be so as to stay well out of being a prediabetic .. i am on a low carb diet and managed to reduce my weight and am now at healthy weight as per BMI .. so some advice required please .. what should the following ranges be in or around ..
1. An overnight fasting range
2. Pre Lunch and 2hr Post lunch range
3.. Pre Dinner and 2 hr Post Dinner range
