Readings going up...

I've been diagnosed T2 for about 1.5 years now, but to be honest I still feel very anxious and stressed about it Literally every time I test my BS I kind of feel my heart in my life a little bit (although I couldnt objectively say what I'm worried about)

My BS tends to be between 5.8 and 6.1 in the morning when I get up and 5.2 to 5.4 before a meal. Im still overweight but Ive lost about 4 stone and alway watch the carbs and sugar I eat and I've felt I had my BS pretty well under control.

But yesterday it was 6.3 before my meal, and this morning was 6.7

I know that in themselves these aren't "dangerous" levels. When i was first diagnosed my BS was up to 15-17. But what could sort of things could cause it to go up like this? I havent changed my diet, havent done anything special, dont think I am ill. I know the diff is only 0.5 but since Ive had things under control Ive never had a reading as high as 6.7 in the morning.

I know stress can affect BS, but I am not really stressed about anything other than a bit stressed about my BS!
