I have been on a low carb eating plan for nearly a week . I am not eating more than 30g of carbs. Evening meals consist of protein and legumes . No alcohol . I run once a week and walk 10k daily .
But yet my reading remains the same as it was when I first started which is 6.6
Any idea why it’s not lowering? I thought by eating a low carb diet it would decrease
