So I have had my review and decided after reading up on a lot of articles that ramipril would do me better than not and also the nurse has put up my metformin sukkarto from 750mg to 1000g still twice a day
Definitely can tell the difference when going to the Toilet lol but hopefully this will pass once my body has adjusted
The nurse and doc are worried about my kidneys my urine albumin/creatinine ratio (mg/mmol) is at 19.2 my highest was 42.8 back on 12/1/22 but have fluxes between, so hopefully ramipril will help this
But just out of interest how can I lower levels of this protein my HbA1c is 59 was 55 and then 48 (21/09/22)
My kidney is >90 so have good function
