As you may be aware, I travel up and down this country of ours following my local football team.
And because of circumstances that involves my role, I usually meet with the club we are playing, their doctor.
Sometimes I get the chance to talk and of course, usually, they have no idea of what RH is!
But last night the doctor was well versed in Hypoglycaemia.
He asked me lots of questions especially on how I controlled the condition and interested in how it didn't effect my working life and following and traveling around.
He was impressed, and he told me that a lot of GPs have been recommending low carb dietary advice in his surgery and local district.
The word is getting out there people!
