Hi, what exactly is the diabetes APP and how do I get it on my iPhone?

No such thing as a "stupid question" on here......but sometimes there are stupid answers, lol. The diabetes app is a free app normally available from the App Store. It enables us to connect straight to the forum rather than going through the DCUK website. However.... since the whole site was rejigged just before Christmas the app is temporarily unavailable. Apparently it will be back soon. That's my simple version. No doubt someone will be here soon to give a more technical reply

The app does work. All that needs to be done is to uninstal the original app and then go to website forum homepage and re instal it again

iHs, I've tried doing that at least four times so far with no success! and apparently so have others..

I've deleted and reinstalled it and it doesn't work for me either! X

Deleted and re-installed it and the new one works so far. Sometimes, as with the old app, it stops working for no apparent reason and doesn't start again until I re-boot my phone.
