For the last 5 or 6 years I've played doe-a-deer on an imaginary piano at every opportunity.

Now that really is sad. Of all the beautiful music in the world you get Doh a deer a female deer. You have my sympathy tinged with just a bit of humour.

It's a god awful tune. And for some reason I play it at (imaginary) top speed

Is it worse that I actually can hardly play piano at all in real life?

I'm an absolute fruit loop, I know. But I have a friend (sax player) obsessed with counting roof tiles. So at least I'm not alone haha

how does he get through the day? does he stop outside houses and count each tile? when i drive i count every five cars that pass me on the opposite side, but not always lol weird huh im sure this is ocd we have but it never bothered me so what the hey.....weirder is i dont think i ever told anyone that before

I've never told anyone about my crazy piano - we're all about the secrets today!

I've never asked the details. She had to see a therapist about her ME and she admitted it to him and apparently that's when He said it was no wonder she was constantly exhausted! That's when she mentioned it to me and I'm so sympathetic that I laughed!

In my head I make my car jump over things, doesn't matter if I'm passenger or driver. I've done it since I was a kid

.……… ok ill stop saying weirdo things now

Glad I'm amusing you Andy ;)

One request though? Can the men in white coats come AFTER lunch today? I'm quite excited by the menu

LOL!! I totally agree!! That has got to be the most boring show of all time!! - did it twice last year, managed to read five 300page books in ten days of the first run, wrote most of my reports in the second!

Next most boring is The King and I, apparently. I've not done that one, but I do actively hate My Fair Lady, the Wizard of Oz ( both versions) and Oklahoma. The modern shows have MUCH better horn parts. :) done Saigon, Miserables, Beauty and the Beast and the Lloyd Webber Whistle Down the Wind in the last few months. :):):) happy little horn player :):):)

- wait a minute.... Is that weird?? I do that too! - I even bend forward when I drive over speed bumps, as though I was on a horse doing show jumping! I'm really careful to line them up properly too, can't give the car any excuse to refuse or duck out to the side! :)

Oh, and THE worst ear worm of all time has to be the one I had for three weeks, all over Christmas year before last. - Rudolph the €#%^*<y red nosed reindeer, and not even the tune!! - It was the THIRD TRUMPET PART!!!!! all of three different notes!!! Aargh !!!

Needless to say, I banned it last year.

Nothing worse than a boring part! For many years I was bass clarinet which was usually the same as the tuba! At the time I was getting ready for my grade 8 on the Bb I threw a got at wasting my time on rubbishy easy parts until I was relieved of bass duties and allowed to return to the normal clarinets haha it wasnt pushing me enough at a time when I needed it!
