Sam we all have days, weeks or just moments when we feel fed up, sorry for ourselves or depressed by our lives, Our decision making, food choices etc...but I know you can get back on track. Maybe this time start small, perhaps by reducing your carbs to a more generous level - a lot of people are able to lower there bs levels without ditching the carbs... You need to find the right level that works you,,,, I know I personally can't live without potatoes of some kind. So I still have them but only occasionally or in small portions....BS wise it's always disastrous but that's a price I am prepared to pay occasionally. My diabetic doctor tells me that the small blips don't matter it's the overall results that count. So if for most of the time you are making the right choices, the odd wrong choice really won't matter.
