Really Thirsty

been drinking all day
the only thing ive had that i dont normally have is liver pate but i had it yesterday (trying to get iron up as short of breath and low ferritin)
thought maybe sugar was high but its 4.8

It's quite warm - dehydration might be at play?

Maybe the start of a cold? That's one of my first symptoms.

Some days I pi$$ like a horse, and drink water like a thirsty thing. Some days there is no good reason, no evidence of foul play. If it's once in a while then take in your stride, if a pattern develops then see doctor.

Other than that 4.8 is awesome, shows great discipline.
