Reason for UK lockdown delay...

Leader of the opposition, Keir Starmer, has asked why the UK Government didn't commence the lockdown two or three weeks ago.

Going by a Radio 4 comedy programme, it's because every Government idea is put into quarantine for 14 days to make sure it isn't infected with any Common Sense.

Simples! :)
