Thought I'd post a new topic on this as it is something I hadn't experienced before.

I started lchfing a couple of months back and it and exercise have resulted in a much flatter bg profile. I had a naughty night last night and ate carbs that shoved my bg right up.

Now the odd thing was that it resulted in me becoming bunged up, runny nose, mucassy, etc. Treating it, as soon as I was back down in normal levels, this went away.

Has anyone else experienced this kind of high symptom?

That wouldn't go away as my bs level dropped back into normal range, I would have thought. And the foods weren't anything I've not eaten in the past.

Are you a smoker ?

No, and haven't had a drink for a week either. No known food allergies. Very odd.

Maybe toxins from the 'carbs' - worth a thought ?
As previously you been carbs toxins free ?

I once had a slice of pizza and felt grotty till it was
