Just to say hello. just learning how to manage my diabetes. I have lost 17lbs in the 6 weeks since my diagnosis. I am eating about 1500 calories a day, low fat, low sugar, low GI and doing alot more exercise. I don't have any symptoms other than tiredness and I am managing to keep my blood sugar levels under 6.5. Will I be able to keep this up? I've got a lot of weight to lose.
