Can anyone point me in the right direction for making cakes/biscuits with Stevia. Is there a tastier sweetner to use?

Also who is the author of the book. Think like a pancreas?

Hi David :) I do enjoy baking and if you need some recipes visit my blog diabeticgoodbaking.com I don't have much experience with stevia. My favourite sugar replacement is xylitol or erythritol
