My T2 father was on warfarin for a long time, until eventually being switched over to a more modern drug. I kind of took the cynical approach and reckoned that the alternate drug must be much much more expensive than warfarin (and its 3 monthly blood tests)...... But he was never advised about foods to avoid when taking it.
