    I see there is a chocolate but bar recipe on here using almonds i was wondering if the nuts can be changed to Brazil and pistachios instead of almond nuts as I'm not keen on almonds many thanks

    Yes but watch the carbs not all nuts are equal. Brazil and pistachio have higher carbs than almonds so you could use less, of course that means more chocolate so possibly smaller portion sizes.
