@LindaWO For the gluten free bread? It's very high in carbsI’m curious — what mix of flours do you use? I’ve been thinking about making my own blends too, but for now I’m still sticking with store-bought ones.
Sweet rice flour
millet flour
sorghum flour or brown rice flour will do
tapioca flour
potato starch ( not potato flour)
