wondered what lo carb/low GL foods you would suggest to ease back into eating after a 24 hr tummy bug?
Am thinking my usual high veg + protein&fat diet might be a bit too much at this stage, but the traditional toast and white rice is obviously out too!
(And curiously, my blood sugar has been 6.4-7.1 constantly for the last 24 hrs, so no need to worry about hypoing, atm)
