Afternoon gang,
I've recently been diagnosed type 1 back in January, and touch wood seem to have a decent control over my sugar levels (haven't yet resumed exercise yet however). After speaking to my nurse a few weeks back we agreed I could try alcohol again and went through all the do's and fonts again. While I've got the hang of staying at a level where typos aren't an issue while I'm out, it seems to take about 4 days before I start hitting numbers under 7 again. I appreciate the day after will be high as I ensure I eat before bed after a drink, but does anyone else have these issues? It seems fairly trivial, however I suppose your problems are relevant to you, and I am fairly new at this!
