I have seen recipes that say you can roast radishes and that they taste a little sweet but like potatoes. Has anybody tried roasted or boiled radishes? Also grated radishes and cauliflower bind with an egg, salt and pepper makes lovely hash browns,so I read.

I've roasted them quite a lot, often grate them for salad or slaw, also very thinly sliced and roasted make lovely crisps
They are great little things I also use them as my "bag of sweeties" when I want to have a mindless snack - I use baby spinach in the same way love eating it like you would a bag of crisps

Oh must give them a try. I eat them raw but never cooked them. I love them raw

Well, I roasted them to go with my dinner. Oh, dear am not a fan. I really did not like them roasted, they were kind of flavorless. I will stick to pinching them cold out of the fridge that is how I like them lol...I will stick to roast Celeriac,as that tastes just like sweet potato
