i did a study with a promise of a £20 amazon gift code got the email saying would receive the code within 2 days and its been 9 days still no code ive emailed diabetes.co.uk twice and had no reply anyone else done this study and not been paid
 
No. @Giverny any idea? I don't usually bother answering any of those emails, I assume they are all scams, it's easier that way. Sorry I can't help you. Maybe Giverny can tell you the best person to contact.

Hi deathchant - could you PM Giverny with another email address? It appears we need to cancel the gift card, which we can't unless it's undelivered (which it says it isn't).

Definitely no emails on Saturday 18/10 at 10:59? Everyone has suggested checking your junk, so assuming it's not in there... we will need to get in touch with Amazon to see what we can do so if you could PM either myself or Giv with an alternative email address that would be great.

Sorry about this, not quite sure what to do as it says it was delivered not not redeemed! We'll sort it out though, it may take a few days. Thanks for being understanding on this one.

no i have checked and nothing not sure what happened ok i will give another email adress see if that helps thanks
