Hi deathchant - could you PM Giverny with another email address? It appears we need to cancel the gift card, which we can't unless it's undelivered (which it says it isn't).
Definitely no emails on Saturday 18/10 at 10:59? Everyone has suggested checking your junk, so assuming it's not in there... we will need to get in touch with Amazon to see what we can do so if you could PM either myself or Giv with an alternative email address that would be great.
