redleaf survey missing gift code

I did a survey a few weeks ago and received an email saying I'd get my Amazon gift card code within 48 hours but still haven't received it. Well that was on the 19th. Does anyone know who I'd speak to about this? Has anybody else had this problem?
 
Got my £5 within 2 days of having had the chap skype me. This was if it was done by People down in Southampton. You had to have the skype interview to get your £5.
 
I had an email from Charlotte at diabetes. Co. UK saying.Your Amazon Gift Card is on the way for the Redleaf study you completed. You will receive a gift card code from Amazon in the next 24-48 hours. Thank you!
