Can you reduce to quick and feel as if your having a hypo when not is the question?

Yes, it's called a false hypo.
It's very common to feel hypo when your body has gotten used to higher numbers. If you're staying lower your body will get used to lower numbers again :)

I've actually felt hypo and had a quick fix ,twix bar or something , then done a test only to find i'me actually high !

I had a few false hypos early on, which I suspect were due to my poor hysterical pancreas still producing insulin as though I was still eating the high carb 'cholesterol reducing' diet.
I ate three grapes and had a drink and the symptoms eased.
A week or so later and I was fine

Months in the 15s and I went lowish carb and getting 6/7s and feeling like it was a hypo pretty scary stuff but I was fine after taking a drink of full fat cola.

nurse not interested and in fact told me I can’t get hypos as I’m T2 soon shot her down in flames and told her how it’s possible as when I was first dx I had a few real hypos requiring intervention from the general public bless em.

Need the blood sugars down so I’ll get my gallbladder out and have good control and did wonder if I was doing it too fast

thanks guy.
