I've been T2D for 5 years. I've managed to bring my Hab1c down from 68 in March to 40 through a low-carb diet, I've also cut out snacks and medication.

I had an appointment with my diabetic nurse yesterday, and I'm going to stop taking Sitagliptin 100mg and retest in 3 months. If my Hab1c is OK, then move on to stopping Dapagliflozin 10mg
Anyone that has done this, how did you get on ?

Did you consult with the nurse or doctor? What did they say? If you haven't consulted them, I would advise speaking to them.
