I have been a type 2 diabetic for 5 years approx and suffer from regular head sweats...looks like I have just come out of the shower.
My GP says it comes with the condition and is unable to resolve my problem. has anyone else experienced this and can help me to deal with it...it can be so embarrassing at times.

Yes. I suffer from head sweats, especially during the night. They are horrible, uncomfortable, and as you said... embarrassing.
In the past I've tried everything, including antiperspirants made especially for the face - and even they didn't resolve it.

I have recently switched back to a very low carb diet, and I've noticed that the head sweats are less. I do get them, but not so frequently. I think it could be related to blood sugar levels.
How is your blood sugar?

Keeping my bs steady through the night matters. I get head / hair sweats when I dip low. Never knew I did that's until I started testin in the middle of the night
