Hope family stuff improves soon. XI've been too occupied and preoccupied to login, but I have done a fair bit of walking in the last few days. About an hour and a half yesterday. And maybe half an hour before that. Family matters a bit pressing right now so just managing to squeeze in half an hour here and there.

Yoga? Swimming?I usually manage 5 miles a day but I'm struggling since the clock's changed. My usual route along the canal is too dark and I live in a small town that only has lighting on a small number of roads. I try to walk at lunchtime at work but it's difficult. I'm banned from the gym until my blood pressure comes down. So may have to start looking for other exercise options. Any ideas?
You're going to be running half marathons soon!Walked about 8 miles again but feeling exhausted so may cut this down a bit.
