Regular moderate exercise log

I've been too occupied and preoccupied to login, but I have done a fair bit of walking in the last few days. About an hour and a half yesterday. And maybe half an hour before that. Family matters a bit pressing right now so just managing to squeeze in half an hour here and there.
Hope family stuff improves soon. X

One hour of walking yesterday with more soft play centre climbing in the afternoon. Walk planned for this afternoon.

bike to the shops yesterday, yoga this morning

also did another couple of non-moderate sessions. Suffering a cold at the moment so not quite as non-moderate as usual.

Another hour walking yesterday (all downhill, I confess, I got the bus back!). Flying tomorrow so that does a number on my blood sugar usually. Anyone else raise their basal when they're traveling?

30 mind walk and 40 stair climbs.

Very quiet day for me, I ran a 10km race Sunday! And I was away working in Serbia all week so a very lazy last 9 days!!!

I've been away on holiday last week but increased the walking to between 7 and 12 miles most days and was able to eat almost normally. I'm now back to my 4 to 5 miles but wonder if I could increase that a bit and if it would help.

Managed 8 miles yesterday (3 walks) but fasting blood sugar still a little bit higher than what I would like this morning at 6.2. Though before evening meal 5.6 and 2 hours after 5.9 which I was happy with.

Walked about 8 miles again but feeling exhausted so may cut this down a bit.

I usually manage 5 miles a day but I'm struggling since the clock's changed. My usual route along the canal is too dark and I live in a small town that only has lighting on a small number of roads. I try to walk at lunchtime at work but it's difficult. I'm banned from the gym until my blood pressure comes down. So may have to start looking for other exercise options. Any ideas?

Nothing since Sunday... Can't seem to drag my lazy bum out... Another 10km this Sunday so won't be anything too crazy as to cause hinderance for that... (Perfect excuse!!!) so another couple of lazy days...

Yoga? Swimming?

No pool nearby but I do live in hippy central so tonnes of yoga available. I'm so inflexible though! I will investigate.

I have an exercise bike at home, and a hula hoop. When I don't get out, I use those. It depends on what space you've got at home too.

Walked about 6 miles yesterday with 2 walks. Still feeling exhausted. Raining today so may cut that down again.

One hour walking again yesterday. I'm in London, though, now so it's mostly on the flat. It's definitely a step.down in the routine compared to Istanbul. I may have a go with my son's weights.
