Thank you. Forgot to check if this one counts my steps when I'm playing the organ, but I think it must do as whilst it was a busy morning, I never hit 2 miles before lunch on a Sunday normally! Have written a reminder to myself to check next time I'm playing.
Serious question - how do 'real' runners do this without breaking their feet? The thing I did differently on Saturday was to have my laces a little looser. That must have had this effect. Or is Thu/Sat/Mon/Thu/Sat x 5km each time (7km on the Monday) just too much too often too soon?! My feet felt fine actually during parkrun - I only started feeling they weren't quite right much later in the day.
Disappointed that my new hobby has just taken - pardon the pun - a massive step backwards! Thanks for listening, folks. Sorry for the rant!
