Relaxing day

Hi all, type 2 on LCHF and 500mg metformin once a day, just a quick question...
I am normally lightly active and feel fine...today I've been out for about an hour walking the cats (don't ask lol) but really spent the majority of the day sitting on my elbows watching movies....BS is well under control and has been between 5.6-7.2 today, but...I feel quite tired...no sneaky treats or alcohol...is it because I've been bone idle?

Take the cats for another walk(!!!)
You may feel better.

Maybe is probably the answer to your question. It could be your use to the activity of a normal day and your just too relaxed!

I would take them but they're both post dinner slouching themselves
Thanks for the input though...I've had a shower and hoovered and no longer feel tired...think it was just 'too relaxed' (perish the very idea )
