Renewal of driving licence

I am trying to renew my driving licence. Am over 70, on insulin. Can anyone advise me how I can renew licence as online won’t let me . DVLA were notified in 2017 re use of insulin.
 
You should receive the paperwork in the post, and will need to fill in all the details, I normally do with plenty of time to spare.
If its getting close to the expiry date of your current license and haven't got the paperwork then I'd give the DVLA a call
