Renewed focus with happy results.

So in December my HBa1C had gone up to 50 and my DN put me on Forxiga 10mg in addition to my prescription of Sukkarto 4 pills daily.

After 4 weeks I asked her if I could go back to Metformin SR and reduce the Forxiga to 5mg, which she agreed to.

I have been a lot more vigilant with my low carb way of eating and stopped the occasional, but getting more regular, carb creep treats.

Long story short from 50 to 41 in 3 months. So easy to lose the focus, it's a long slog, so I'm happy to be back on track.

From saying one won’t hurt.. to being a regular thing

I think we all slip sometime, atleast you recognised it and have tackled it..
