I think in Singapore you can get the unsweetened fresh soya milk ...Yes I am trying to eat less carbs and I've also cut down on any sweet things. So now everything I eat is either salty or sour. I so miss the sweet taste. Yesterday I couldn't stand it so I had some grapes and navel oranges. Then I couldn't bring myself to test my blood sugar after that.
I live in Singapore where milk alternatives are pretty pricey but I guess for the sake of my health, I should make a switch. Thanks for the tips everyone, I will look out for the milk alternatives at the supermarkets here.
How can anyone live in Singapore and not eat the beautiful tropical fruit - those little pineapples are so good. Where I live in Australia, my mango tree was just dropping fruit everwhere so had to relent and eat (quite) a few!.
