I dont always feel like eating, particularly breakfast and sometimes lunch. I am often very busy in the morning and have to rush out and really dont want to sit down and eat. Does anyone use replacement meals, the type you make up with milk. I am type 2 on Byetta, Insulin and Metformin. Any suggestion would be most welcome!!

Thanks

No! I love good food too much to live on such things and I want to eat properly. :D

My suggestion would be to get up early enough not to be in a rush. Take time to go for a walk or a run to make you feel you could eat!

Hi, How about making a fruit smoothie or fruit milkshake and putting it in a flask and taking it with you. You could prepare the fruit the night before and then just put it in a blender with some milk/juice and drink it on the go. A tip for making thick milkshakes is to blend ice with it, which gives it a really thick & creamy consistancy. Leggott
