Resetting sd codefree

Can anyone tell me how to reset the time on an SD codefree please? Changed the battery yesterday and it seems to have lost a few hours.

just did mine so...
turn it on..
get the flashing insert test stick icon
press the on/off switch for 3 seconds
screen should read ON
use on/off switch to toggle through
the one that say 2069 is the year use arrow keys to move down
then n/off switch takes you to day month or month date on/off switch to choose which you want
then set day and month with arrows
after that on/off switch to set time
not exactly intuitive.. the year had me foxed for a few seconds..

My default method of dealing with "tech" is to either throw it against a wall, or stamp on it.

I would think that @bulkbiker has a better method

only because I had an FBG of 5.9 this morning..
