Hi all.. I had my result for my HBAC1 and my last reading was 51 5 months ago and now it's 44. My cholesterol was 5 and now 4.7 and I've lost 13llbs in 5 months so I'm really pleased. I have had a blip over xmas where I've put some weight back on but back on the LCHF now .. I can't believe how this eating plan has worked for me as I haven't been doing it religiously either so who knows what I'd of lost if I had.. this site is so good for me with all the information and discussions.. a God send. Thankyou x
