Saw a link to a brilliant retinopathy site in a separate thread.

This suggests retinopathy can dramatically worsen for 1 to 3 years after a sudden improvement in control, and then recover, but initially laser treatment may be required.
With my quick drop in Hba1c, I have noticed I have a lot more floaters, and vision perhaps a bit blurred. Scared now before my next retinopathy screen in 3 weeks time. Have had background retinopathy for 4 years.
Does anyone have direct experience of worsening retinopathy with sudden good control?
