Return of the tingles

I've not had tingling of the feet since the first few weeks after I was diagnosed. Since then my BG level has come down to 6.6 and everything has been fairly normal, but today the tingling has returned with a vengeance. Why might this be? Could it have anything to do with the Ben & Jerry's? :shock:
 
There are 2 possibilities...

1. Yes, the Ben & Jerry's has aggravated your symptoms again

2. The nerves supplying the feet are starting to work again due to improved circulation (due to the low BS) and this is good, i.e. "good pain".
