Does anyone know of a reverse calculator, one that will calculate the number or starches/meats/vegetables/fruits/fats etc. based on micronutrients you put in from a nutrition label? I am trying to shift to using exchanges from just calorie counting. I was in a severe car accident 15 years ago and no longer feel any hunger or feelings of being full so having a calculator for this would make life MUCH easier for me.
