Forgive me if I've stuck this in the wrong place...

Due to the pain, tingles and numbness that has very recently manifested - itself I've invested in one.
On my first go I wound it up to the mid 40's and it felt great.
Extremely relaxing ...except when the thing decides to really give you a pummelling.... which is what I had mine doing.
I did note that my left foot is far more sensitive than my right, at the lower values.
I'm putting that down to using less moisturising fluid on the right.
I'm now finding that the toes on the left foot are aching like mad BUT a nice ache like they've just had a full on work out.
Let's see how things progress...or more likely don't.

On my first go I wound it up to the mid 40's and it felt great.

I have had lymphoedema for many years as the result of leg infections caused by mosquito bights, (GP says so). I have also been using a circulation booster and it has certainly helped with moving fluid that was accumulating around the ankles.

I'm a bit of a masochist and turn it up to 99, it even makes my toes curl, but I suffer no ill effects that I'm aware of. Seeing my ankles and being able to wear shoes that don't require velcro is a definite advantage.

That reminds me, I' going to have a go now.

...,I hope it does help.
At the moment it feels like my left big toe is on fire.
HORRENDOUS.
Kind of hoping it's my big toe's way of thanking me...
