Hi to all,

I have started drinking Riboos tea again called Red Bush tea from the coop it is good for weightloss just add hot water and drink you can you milk but I don't its the only thing that helps me stay not anxious and help you loose weight to along with trying to eat healthily

It is apparently very good for your health.

I drink rooibos/redbush tea but never heard about any weight loss properties.
I enjoy some of the flavoured versions like vanilla and redbush earl grey.
I never take milk in any tea so don't know whether it goes with the flavours.
