Whelks,winkles... All crustaceous seafood except prawns. Can't do crab.lobster or scallops.
Don't like the way they are killed and cooked. Save our Scallops. SOS !!!
Also HATE evaporated milk.
Rip Off Food. Available on the BBC I Player until 21st August.

Not really diabetic related but interesting anyway.....

Gloria Hunniford reveals how manufacturers create fictional place names to get shoppers to part with their cash, and why a product described as one of your five a day could actually be bad for your health. Also featuring a look at the soups that contain a lot less than the label promises.

The program was better than I expected, but the bit about soups was a bit silly. When you buy a soup you don't expect it to be chock full of the meat if it's chicken etc. That would be a stew.

Yes ... everything is 'PRO' THIS OR 'PRO' that. Seems that we must be impressed if something is PRO, like PRO-biotic or Colgate Total PRO gum. It appears in many adverts. Still, I suppose we have words like problematic, provarication and prostitute (not sure what 'stitute' is though). :D
