some people on here worried about the rise in glucose levels over christmas , well it's only ond day and am sure if you want to eat roast potatoes and parsnips and enjoy your chrismas dinner it's not going to make that much difference it's no use getting paranoid about it's just plain stupid, so enjoy your xmas dinner and the mince pies ,xmas cake etc

ps you have 364 day;s in 2014 to keep your sugar levels down, so i wouln't worry about it
 
I'll pass on the cake and mince pies but will be indulging in the roast pots and parsnips, you have a lovely day too and all the best for the New Year:)
