Hi,
I'm looking for some information based on items of food or specific lifestyle activities etc that raises the risk of becoming diagnosed with type 2 diabetes.
For example, I have only found one statistic which is:
One can of coke a day increases your risk of becoming diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes by 15%.
I'm looking for more facts / statistics like this for example increase risk percentage goes up by if you don't eat healthy / exercise often / eat certain foods / smoke / drink alcohol etc... If anyone knows any of the above mentioned, I would appreciate your help.
Kind Regards,
Carl.
