Hi everyone, my name is Rizzoh, was dignosed with diabetes type 2 slightly over 2 months ago. Had been feeling sickly but doctors did not know what was wrong, until i started getting dizzy and too much thirst, that i was tested. My sugar was 21.6 then. Am now swinging between 7 and 10. Felt depressed initially but iam now better. Have been a sweet tooth forever so i still feel deprived to date, but am working on it too. Glad to belong to this community
