Rob Kardasdian diagnosed with diabetes

The man is a newly diagnosed diabetic who has suffered DKA. I hope he gets the support he needs at this vulnerable time. He wont find much support here by the look of it, but I hope he finds it elsewhere all the same.

I think you are getting confused betwen the support for Rob Kardashian as a diabetic, and an individual , which I am sure would be freely given, and the scorn poured on the false fame of faux celebrity culture, so prominant in modern "pop culture" society, where you are famous, not for what you have done, but for a self generated fame for being famous!
I for one wish him well in regaining his health,but see no real fame in being a relation of a family of aux celebrities!

I agree totally @CollieBoy I also wish him the best, apparently he doesnt get much support from his family as they are all too wrapped up in their own fame.

I feel for him because I was in the same boat earlier this year (the DKA part; not the famous family part ). So I have a personal interest in his story.

What I do or don't feel about this 'celebrity' family is, I feel, somewhat irrelevant. However by all accounts this individual shuns the limelight and is not a willing participant in the chosen public lifestyle of the rest of his family. Given that, I think it's sad that his privacy has not been respected (even by his own family members who appear to have used his ill health as a publicity opportunity). I expect it from the Daily Garbage's but for Diabetes.Co.UK to join in the circus on Facebook leaves a bitter taste in my mouth.......
