Ive only been using the Roche 360 program since November 2016 which I purchased direct, but last week I purchased a new laptop due to my old laptop getting smashed and tried to install the Roche software on Windows 10, to find it was not compatible and only compatible with Window 7 & 8?
Roche are sending an updated version, but really?
This is 2017 and surely this software should be available to download and activate with your product activation key?
Now have to wait a week for an expensive packaged box and disk that I also have had to purchase an external DVD drive to install this software on my new laptop.
Really are very archaic these glucose meter companies and really need to be shaken up.
