OK so thank's to @DCUKMod's terrible infleunce, I have spent a LOT of time roaming through Yummly and will play a lot more with copy me that!
Last night I tried a cauliflower tartiflette recipe I found, as I adore Tartiflette and had pondered trying it with sweet potato. There were two but the paleo version just had too many things I didn't have in the house. It actually worked quite nicely - I use Brie instead of reblechon (and my fridge thanks me for it... reblechon is great but it don't half pong after a few days!). It was ok actually... I certainly would do it again.
Today I am tackling some sesame chicken and given I fly out on Thursday I think I might batch cook a ton of stuff like soups etc and have those so I don't have to have a ton of things sitting in the bin for a week!
