Just a quick thread because over the last few weeks I have been very busy at work, as a result I do not have adequate time to eat my lunch.
I found that if I use my normal carb counting for breakfast I will begin to be hungry around 12 noon, but I have reduced my Humalog at breakfast and around lunch time I am 11mmol and not hungry. I am wondering whether this is safe to do.
If it is not safe what is the best strategy of missing a meal?
