@Joffy6 ryzodeg is a mixed insulin (70% Tresiba and 30% novorapid). Mixed insulin requires consistency, your dosage will be able to deal with a certain quantity of carb intake (and whoever prescriber your dosage should be able to advise on how many grams of carbs you should be eating) at each meal and for snacks. It's rather difficult to adjust a mixed insulin dosage to accommodate intermittent activity, you might just have to take on more carbs for activity.
You might find that a basal bolus regiem would be more flexible to accommodate a various level of activity, and food, especially with a flexible basal insulin like levemir.
Really, mixed insulin isn't recommended for type 1 diabetics. NICE guidelines say type 1s should be on a basal bolus regiem. Obviously unless there are particular reasons they want to be on mixed insulin. The only positive I can think of is less injections, but that does come with less flexibility.
