sad with insulin

This is very easy for me to say, it’s all in the mind, it’s not physical, let’s face it, when we are hungry, we are not going to die, if we were hungry for two weeks and didn’t eat, we wouldn’t die of hunger, so I believe we have to stop thinking about it as a physical need to eat.

If we can accept hunger as a good thing, a positive, we can eat enough food to keep us alive and healthy, we don’t have to enjoy eating, we need to eat to live.

This is I’m sure an unhealthy relationship with food and could potentially make us unhappy, but are we happy as things are? We could reduce our weight, reduce our insulin, reset our mind, then work on getting back to enjoying food and perhaps life?

What do we have to lose if we try? I purposely use “we” because many here, including me, will have a similar problem, just at different degrees.

Just thinking out loud, no offense intended.
